Something about milk that you may not know is that it contains a combination of 13 essential nutrients that aren't found in any other food source. That's crazy, right? There is no other food in the world that has the same combination of protein, phosphorus, calcium, vitamin A, vitamin B2, vitamin B3, vitamin B5, vitamin B12, vitamin D, potassium, zinc, selenium, and iodine. Milk also contains healthy fat that actually helps to decrease the risk of cardiovascular disease according to the Dairy Alliance, carbohydrates that help to replenish the body after a workout, and is made up of 87% water that hydrates the body. Those are just some of the reasons why milk is one of the most nearly perfect foods on the planet.

Milk is very interesting. It is one of the few foods that is meant to be eaten. Everything else like plants and animals really just wants to be alive. One of the few reservations about milk is having cholesterol but I am not so sure that is a bad thing. Wonder what you think about dietary cholesterol's consideration for diet. Anyway, cool beans.
