This weekend I was in Clemson, South Carolina for a dairy cow show. I enjoyed taking two of my calves, Safari and Shimmer, even though they didn’t place as well as I hoped they would. Whenever we take cows to a show, there are a lot of things that we have to take with us to care for the cows. Obviously, they need food, so we take a lot of different grains for them to eat as well as hay for them to snack on. We also take supplies to clean them like soap, different kinds of brushes, clippers to cut their hair, and hairspray to make it look pretty on show day. Dairy shows take a lot of preparation and hard work, but I always have fun. Some of the picture below are of my cows lounging and eating, and of my dad and brother showing they're cows.

I love the pictures of your cows, they're so cute! I also liked learning about what you take to shows and why, because I don't have any experience with showing cattle. This post was really cool and I'm glad you had a good time at your show!
